Terms of Sale and Licence

Last updated 24 October 2026. These terms apply to every purchase on store.infracom.com.sg. You accept them, the refund rule and the licence when you pay.

1. Who you buy from

2. What you buy

A digital product: a set of files you download, as listed on the product page at the time of purchase, with the how-to video where the product page shows one. The files are written from Infracom's own client work with names and figures changed. Nothing is shipped and nothing is installed.

3. Prices, tax and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. A struck-through price is the list price; the price shown beside it is what you pay.
• Singapore GST at the current rate is added at checkout when the billing address is in Singapore. For other countries no Singapore tax is charged; any tax due in your country is yours to declare.
• Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure page. We accept the cards Stripe shows at checkout. Your card details never reach our servers.
• The tax invoice is issued by Infracom in Singapore dollars at the amount Stripe settles to us, and is attached to your receipt and kept on your order page.

4. Delivery and your order page

• Within a minute of payment you receive one e-mail with the tax invoice and a link to your order page.
• The link expires after 24 hours. A new link is sent to the e-mail on the order from Find my order on the store, as often as you need.
• On the order page each file can be downloaded five times per link, or all files at once as one zip, five times a day. Fresh links are one click away.
• Delivery is complete when the files are available on your order page.

5. The single business licence

With your payment Infracom grants you, the buyer, a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• use the files within your own organisation;
• adapt, edit and rebrand them, including with your own name and logo;
• use them in work you deliver to your own clients, as part of that work.

You may not:

• resell, licence, rent or give the files to anyone outside your organisation and your client engagements;
• publish them, upload them to a shared site, or offer them as a template product or a part of one, with or without changes;
• remove or alter the marks that identify the order.

Each file carries the order id and the buyer's e-mail address in visible and in hidden form, and the wording of each copy identifies the order. A copy found outside the licence is traced to its order and the licence for that order ends. Infracom keeps all intellectual property in the files; the licence gives you use, not ownership.

6. Refunds and replacements

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if nothing has been downloaded. Ask from your order page; the store processes it at once and the money reaches your card within 5 to 10 bank days.
• After a download no refund is given, because the files cannot be returned. A replacement file, the how-to video and help from support are available instead.
• A defective file, one that does not open or is missing content shown on the product page, is replaced first. Report it from your order page and support answers within one working day.
• Money back outside this rule is at Infracom's discretion.

7. Updates

When a product you bought is updated, every buyer of that product receives a fresh link to the new version at no cost, for as long as the product is sold.

8. Your account and your data

There is no password. Your e-mail address is your account, and every order under it appears on your order page. From there you can download your data, change your e-mail after confirming from the old address, and delete your account. Deleting removes your orders, links, files and messages from the store; the accounting records stay as the law requires. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

9. Informational use

The products are practical tools written from Infracom's own work. They do not replace legal or regulatory advice, and buying them does not guarantee certification, compliance or any audit result. Standards are named where a product follows them; no standards body or government agency endorses the products.

10. Liability

Infracom's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Infracom is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the files. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Singapore law does not allow to be limited.

11. Where the terms apply

Products are not sold to buyers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published at the time of that purchase. Changes are published on this page with a new date.
